Having an easy ride from Kepong to Ulu Yam and all the way to Rawang. Back home passing Templers Park with an easy cadence. A joyful and relaxing ride.

7th December 2003

We have 9 cyclists with one support car. It's one of the best G. Sempah ride due to the windy morning under the canopies of tree. Joined by 2 guess, we had breakfast at Mc Donald to reward ourselves. While travelling down, Rho Wen met a surprised puncture due to the spokes. Guess her pink panther is too old for this trip. Nothing can be done accept for walking down with the bike for 30min till Lim come to rescue.

30th November 2003

We have 12 cyclists blazing the hot sun to Puncak Alam. Since this is a Raya ride, it will not completer without a muslim and lucky enough we have a new member named Asreen. Welcome to the club !

23rd November 2003

A needle eye loop to Rawang and back. It seems nearer than we thought, but it's a great joy ride.

9th November 2003

We have the dirty dozen attack Fraser Hills. Ride start from the reservoir and a easy ride all the way to the gap. Road gets bumpy as we ride down though and it's nice to have 3 support car this time. They went 'park toh' or as a support car ?

7th September 2003

11 rodeos revisited K. Selangor well prepared with a digital camera. An easy and joyful ride with scumptious brunch. Spended another 30 min at Bukit Melawati with more photo session. Unfortunately the wet spell spoiled the home coming journey. Thanks to Praying Mantis for his passion driving the support car.

31st August 2003

6 guys cycle all the way to Kuala Selangor and back (130km) planned to enjoy the infamous seafood fiesta, unfortunately ends up at a bak kut the stall. 4 of them braved themselves by riding MTB with knobbies, is this cool or what? Thanks to the patience of the support car to ensure everyone unscratched.

29th August 2003

It's a great Interstate ride where this year 4 MRCC rodeos braced the challenge. The endurance ride start from Kajang and ends up at Batu Pahat and back (400km in 3 days). As predicted, the last day will be a fierce ride. As the MRCC missed the first peloton, they are pulling second peloton most of the time. At one time, as the MRCC trying to break away from the big group, Richard was pulling 52 kph but still in the vain. Ends up whole group cycle together and enjoy the camaraderie. Last day average speed of 32 kph for the 99km route.

24th August 2003

7 brave rodeos attacked the Puncak Alam route. They start with an easy ride and start showed off when approaching the hills. Richard is the 1st to complete followed closely by Kah Wai. Yee Yong surprises the team and seal the last podium spot. Met Meng and David at RRI doing their market shoping ride.

17th August 2003

Fierce ride by 15 strong cyclists all the way from Kepong to Putrajaya and back. At one time, we were riding at the speed of 42km/h pulled by Richard. Journey back was horrible with many cars and hot sun showing the way.

10th August 2003

As discussed earlier, this will be the challenge for KOM. Approx 15 rides attack Ulu Yam, loh-mee at Ulu Yam Lama and swing back to Selayang via Rawang. Richard received the KOM title. Thanks to David for driving the support car.
