We have our
regular night ride starting from 2030 till 0100 every Tuesday and Thursday (that's how we get our infamous club name).
Tuesday is our recovery ride, hence slow ride with the average of 20-25kph to encourage beginners. Where else Thursday
is for the Kiasu group for competition training (avg 30-35km/h). All rides meet the safety regulation
with a professional sweeper following behind. Helmet and Taillights are MANDATORY, no room for ego here. Contact any of the
committee members for the meeting point and the cycling route.

Just like you, the webmaster prefers to spend more time cycling, tuning and
cleaning his bike, read cycling magazines, hang around bike shop, etc ... than spending his time update the
website like a moron :-)

Only 3 cowboys going for Genting Sempah ride while Turbo Lizard took part in
the annual A'Farmosa Triathlon.
11th April 2004
MRCC sent 2 relay team and 1 individual team for the MMDS 1 race at dataran
merdeka. Team 1 consists of Foreman and Kah Wai while Team 2 consists of Her Ling and Her Liang. All the team member completed
the race in the stipulated time and receive a shining medal.

P. Alam ride was changed to an easy ride using the night route. Quite a differen
experience when virtually no cars at LDP and the cooling air suplements the speed we're travelling.

We have 10 brave cyclists go for this loooong ride even though lack of training.
In less than 15min, we have our first customer for support car and we have a full house during the return trip. All in all,
it still a nice ride with the company of few guess.

An adventure ride to Bkt Kiara start at late morning. We have 10 mtb riders
enjoying whole kiare by ourselves with some exciting single track and thrilling downhills ride.
